HANDLING
When an order is first placed you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing details.
Please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive. The term 'working days' does not mean Saturdays, Sundays and any UK bank holiday.
Delivery costs for retail customers are as follows:
UK - £3.50
Europe - £6.00
Rest of World - £10.00
These prices exclude VAT which will charged at 20% for UK and EU customers (Non-UK EU customers will not be charged VAT if they enter a valid VAT number when paying).
Delivery costs for trade customers are as follows:
For UK trade customers, carriage is free for orders over £200.00. For orders under £200.00, carriage will be charged at £10.00 per order. For trade orders from outside the UK, carriage will be charged at actual cost or in accordance with individual shipping arrangements.
